Important Announcement: On-site Registration Guidelines for APEC 2023
As we eagerly approach the commencement of the APEC 2023 International Conference, we want to ensure your registration experience is seamless. Please take note of the following details for your on-site registration:
- Conference Name: APEC 2023
- Date: August 25-27, 2023
- Venue: NTUH International Convention Center
- Registration area: 4F Lobby
Personalized Registration Information:
- You have received an email containing your personalized Registration No. and QR code on August 20th. This email will be resent on August 24th as a reminder.
- Kindly save your QR code on your smartphone or print it out. This QR code will be essential for efficient on-site registration.
- If your last name's initial letter falls between "A to L," please proceed to the **First Land** within the international registration area.
- If your last name's initial letter falls between "M to Z," kindly proceed to the **Second Land** within the international registration area.
Attendees from Taiwan:
- If you are a member of AEROC from Taiwan, please visit the designated desks within domestic registration desk as follows:
- Last names starting with "C to H" should go to the **First Land**.
- Last names starting with "J to T" should go to the **Second Land**.
- Last names starting with "W to Z" should go to the **Third Land**.
- Attendees who are not AEROC members should proceed to the **Third Land** for registration.
Unsettled Payment: Attendees with unresolved payment issues are kindly requested to visit the on-site desk to collect their badges and proceed with the payment.
Special Categories (Speakers, Country Representatives, and Guests): Speakers, Country Representatives, and Guests are requested to collect their badges from the faculty desk. Sponsored speakers should contact their sponsors to get their badges.
